Review: The hospitality at The Ritz-Carlton was commendable, especially at Hearth where the breakfast was really good. The room design was thoughtful, featuring a spacious layout, but check-in could be improved, as it involved a wait. Regardless, the views of the Swan River were fine. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-01-15}

Suitable for celebrating birthday. Beautiful building and rooms with an amazing view. Exceptionally attentive and really caring employees in all areas. Unbeatable and incredible location - around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Barrack Street Jetty. Great weekend in this nice quiet area.

Really quiet area, central location very close to the restaurant for 3.5 hours. Double room with great views...
Beds were too soft.

we had an very nice experience at the ritz-carlton. our room was ready earlier than expected, and the stunning view as we entered was amazing. the breakfast spread was extensive, with beautiful presentation and the staff always on hand to provide drinks and cutlery. dinner exceeded our expectations with a good three-course meal, complemented by really good service. they even acknowledged our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely touch.
No complaints here! 😊.

By and large, it was gorgeous and ideal place with informative stuff in all areas. Had central location on a slope. And we where not far from the various ferries & tour boats & many restaurants, restaurants and entertainment, and the waterfront.

The bathroom was a total disaster-black mold in the shower, and the taps were all jacked up, making the water go from freezing to scalding in seconds. Honestly, I expected way more, especially for what I paid!
